Alec Secareanu was born on December 4, 1984 in Bucharest, Romania. He is known for his work on God’s Own Country (2017), Cannibal (2013) and Matasari (2011).Graduated from the Caragiale Academy of Theatrical Arts and Cinematography (UNATC) in Bucharest in 2007.He was awarded the role of Gheorghe Ionescu in God’s Own Country (2017) after a six-month casting process in Romania, in which producers met with more than 40 other actors.
